Rehan is a development professional with over eight years of diversified experience in operational and financial management of social sector programs. His areas of expertise include, financial management, pre audit assessments, organizational and project financial monitoring and evaluation, organizational development, capacity building and right based social sector project financial management.

He has been involved in managing and scaling up projects financial management including Ending Violence against Women (European Commission), Emergency Flood Response (UNOCHA), Interfaith Harmony, Peacebuilding and Social Co-existence (USIP), Supporting Transparency, accountability and Electoral Process in Pakistan (The Asia Foundation), Long Term Election Observation and Oversight Project  in Sindh (European Commission) etc. while working both with national level civil society organizations and international donors.
