Muhammad is a tax specialist providing complete suite of corporate and taxation advisory services to a variety of clients for over 35 years.

He has previously been associated with A.F. Ferguson & Co., Chartered Accountants (a member firm of PwC) for nearly 30 years and has served various multinational and national corporate and other clients in tax advisory comprising tax planning and compliance, clinical reviews, tax accounting, withholding tax advisory, tax audits, litigation support, correspondence and representation before tax authorities, corporate matters including registrations and filing of statutory returns etc.

He also deals with various matters concerning the regulatory authorities in Pakistan including Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Federal Board of Revenue, Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, Pakistan Software Export Board, Chamber of Commerce, Board of Investment, Employees Old Age Benefit Institution, Directorate of Labor and Industries etc.

He is a law graduate from the University of Karachi and practices in corporate laws, income tax, wealth tax, sales tax, provincial sales tax on services, federal excise and customs.
